Joseph Shaw, Mentor
Joseph is a mentor at Phay & Partners, and the co-founder & Director of Operations at enviro-tech startup 360green. He has prior experience handling operations in FinTech companies, previously working for startups like FXChange.
Some of his achievements include operational roles in a pre-initial public offering (pre-IPO) exercise with Hong Leong Finance as the Main Sponsor. He has also co-launched a successful nightlife event, PLUR Vibration 2018, and was nominated "Best Social Changemaker" by Buro 24/7 and was featured on Esquire Singapore's Podcast to promote mental health awareness amongst youths.
Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from the Oklahoma City University USA, and is an alumni of the inaugural ideasinc.veni 2020 NTUitive Venture Building programme.
Joey Pay, Mentor
Joey is a mentor at Phay & Partners specialising in areas of Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Social Marketing. She has experiences in the aircraft parts trading, insurance and finance industries, before venturing into facilitating entrepreneurship programs and events for both youth and adult learners.
Over the past 3 years, she has worked with a variety of partners in the entrepreneurial ecosystem including Enterprise Singapore, raiSE and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) like TP, RP, NYP, SUTD amongst other corporate program partners. She is actively involved in helping start-ups get grants and mentoring, and has seen over 200 start-ups of varying sectors.
Joey holds a Bachelor of Business Management with Strategic Management specialisation in the Entrepreneurship Track, from the Singapore Management University (SMU).
Eilton Ho, Mentor
Eilton Ho is an award-winning financial entrepreneur, specialising in financial related services, Investment and Risk Management. He is also an Estate Planner where he plans out financial legacy, will-writing and succession planning for family businesses and corporations. He applies his analytical and diagnostics skills when planning for his clients and their family's financial portfolio.
Prior to being an entrepreneur, he was a regular Air Force Officer for several years protecting the skies and honing his leadership, management and mentorship skills. He is also an Event Emcee, performing public speaking in events and seminars.
Eilton is humbled to be awarded the MDRT® Award for consecutive years, a prestigious international recognition awarded to the top 6% of the world's Financial Professionals for exceptional professional knowledge, strict ethical conduct and outstanding client service. Additionally, he is also a Financial Mentor where he is responsible for grooming the next generation of financial consultants with ethics, professionalism and excellence.
Eilton graduated from National University of Singapore (NUS) with a BBA, specialising in Finance.
